The solar eclipse on March 20 arrived at a convenient time – 9:30 in the morning, just right for walking out of the gym, turning the corner to the North Bridge, and looking up at the eerily dark sky.
Don’t stare directly at this picture, but – there’s the moon slipping across the sun, all right.
The quickly-moving clouds actually seemed to make it easier to spot the sun behind their gauzy filters. In the shot below, R’s hair could use a good gauzy filter.
All in all, a fine testament to the coolness of nature.
